Cosmetic Dermatology Services

 

  • Used to treat acne, melasma, discoloration/uneven skin tone and aging skin. The formulation of a chemical peel depends on the specific patient’s skin care needs. When applied to the face or another part of the body, chemical peels work by removing thin damaged outer layers of skin to reveal a new smooth layer.

  • Performed once every four weeks, dermaplaning is an effective exfoliation procedure using a sterile surgical scalpel to remove excess dead skin and fine hairs that can collect excess dirt and oil. Performed either as a stand alone procedure or together with a customized facial creating deeper product penetration to boost the effects of the treatment. This provides a more even skin texture.

  • Injectables such as botox help prevent and improve the appearance of aging. We treat moderate to severe lines and wrinkles to give a healthy, youthful appearance.

  • We specialize in safe and effective laser hair removal for all skin types.

  • Laser rejuvenation and resurfacing are non-invasive laser treatments that restore skin tone and treat fine lines, scars, large pores and active acne. These heat-based treatments stimulates the body's natural healing processes to boost collagen growth resulting in a more youthful skin tone and texture.

  • Microdermabrasion is performed to gently remove the top layer of the skin. We use diamond-tip microdermabrasion for patients with sensitive skin who are unable to tolerate chemical peels. It can treat enlarged pores, mild acne, uneven skin tone and fine wrinkles and stimulates the production of collagen.

  • Involving tiny “microsize” needles in order to promote the healing process, micro-needling results in skin regeneration and collagen production. Micro-needling has been clinically proven to help reduce the appearance of scars, wrinkles and dark spots on the skin. It can also be used to stimulate hair regrowth of hair follicles on the scalp. This procedure can be combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy, using concentration of a patient’s own platelets to regenerate skin cells (face) and hair follicles (scalp).
